To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, Alta offers a 30 day-ALTA Assured Purchase, allowing you to evaluate your
spray gun under real-world conditions.
30 day-ALTA Assured Purchase (All Purchases)
• Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to evaluate their ALTA spray gun.
• If you are not fully satisfied with the performance, atomization, efficiency, or overall results—for any reason—you
may request a return authorization.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned spray guns must be:
Clean and in like-new condition
Complete with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
Purchased from an ALTA authorized vendor
(Normal testing and standard cleaning are expected and acceptable.)
• Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original outbound
shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for Pilot Test returns.
Purchases Made Through Authorized Vendors or Distributors
If your ALTA spray gun was purchased through an authorized vendor or distributor, returns must be processed through the
original point of purchase.
• Please contact the vendor or distributor directly to initiate your return.
• The vendor’s return policy, procedures, and timelines will apply.
• ALTA is unable to accept, or process returns for products purchased through third-party sellers.
Important Notes
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or shipping errors by ALTA.
• Returns are not accepted for used cleaning kits, fluids, or consumable items due to hygiene and safety considerations.
• International orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
